Murray Mountain Medical Center - Health and Healing for Your Whole Family

For years, Nurse Practitioners (NPs) have been bridging the gaps in health care.  They are highly trained in the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic disease states.  They are excellent clinicians and skilled in detailed exam and diagnostic interpretation.  Nurse Practitioners take extra time to listen to their patients and know when to refer for specialist care.  Every NP has extensive training with a minimum of two years of undergraduate studies, two years of nursing school and two to three years of graduate studies and clinical training.  Some NPs go another two to four years and earn a Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree or a Ph.D. degree.  You can be assured that the care you receive from a Nurse Practitioner will be competent, consistent and comprehensive.

With the growing number of people obtaining health insurance within the next few years, NPs are able to provide better access to health care for patients.  In addition, the shortage of primary care physicians makes the NP a vital part of our health care system.

Our Nurse Practitioner is dedicated to serving each person with individualized care.  Our staff is committed to maintaining a presence in the community and works hard to build a positive rapport with every patient.  It makes sense to choose a health care team who will be there for you and your family.  At Murray Mountain Medical Center, you're in healing hands.
