Kasie D. Barrett, MSN, FNP-BC : Kasie is a Family Nurse Practitioner and the owner of Murray Mountain Medical Center. She is a native of Chatsworth, Georgia. She graduated with honors from Murray County High School in 1996. She completed her undergraduate studies at Dalton State College and the University of Georgia. Kasie attended the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. She worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse at Hamilton Medical Center for two years before going back to graduate school. She attended the Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing in Hyden, Kentucky and also the Frances Payne Bolten School of Nursing at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Kasie earned a double Masters degree in Nursing Sciences. She opened Murray Mountain Medical Center in September 2005. Kasie is married to Robert "Bo" Barrett of Huntington, WV. She has one daughter, Darya. The family resides in Chatsworth.
